ok, so your reading my blog. im on crutches. from trying to do a 180 nose grind on a ledge. ironicly there is a berrics first try fridays. with Ed Templeton, and he does a 180 nose grind down the hubba. more badass. but hes the best at that shit. so i embedded this crap youtube version i found.
and the permalink to the video on the berrics is up there. you got to skip through like.. 3/4 the video to get to the trick. cause the rest is.. you know. reda non-stop talk. i would go for the berrics link cause its much better video quality. this youtube rip is pretty much shit.
so i will admit. i got some skate dice from the berrics. just a quick note. for those that don’t know what “skate dice” are. they are dice, with part of a trick on each die. you throw them, and the combination of tricks. “nollie” “backside” “180″.. is the trick you need to do. when you miss a trick. you get a letter. like the game of hoarse. but with the word “skate” last person standing wins.
well it’s all fun and good. good way to practice, and learn new tricks. heres my beef.
the berrics skate dice (does any one else make this? i should look some time).. are made really really poorly. the text is starting to significantly run off. after one use!
my quick fix, witch hasn’t been fully test. was a spayed a couple layers of clear coat on then.
anyways. i guess thats about it. if you get some. clear coat them well before use.
